We may support the following services and logistics for Damavand Private Tour packages. Please remember this is a common list for our supported services. The services and logistics are custom designed for each team separately and is discussed and finalized by email.

Included

• Visa support: Iran Visa Authorization Code.
• Guide: Experienced ski/mountain guide.
• Accommodation: In first and third campsite hut/local house/tent.
• Food: All scheduled meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) while you are on the mountain camps.
• Transport: All necessary land transfers to/from Tehran hotel & mountain camps.

Also Included
We transfer the following equipments to Camp3 few days in advance and will be available at
C3 before your arrival so you do not need to carry any heavy gears by mule, porter or yourself:
• Food and drink. Climbing Mount Damavand Iran.
• Cooking gear.
• Mattress.
• Tent (if necessary).

Generally the following services are not included in price of Damavand tour packages.

• Permit: Mt Damavand Climbing Permit.
• Personal equipments.
• Domestic Flights.
• Sightseeing tour in Tehran.
• Thermal Spring.
• Hotel charges in Tehran.
• City meals.
• Porter/Mule.
• Unscheduled days/nights on the mountain.
• Unscheduled nights at Tehran hotel.
• Entrance fees to museums and monuments.
• Medical/evacuation.
• Trip Insurance.

Insurance Important Note

We strongly recommended you to have all risk insurance that covering medical and evacuation from all Iranian mountains and remote areas. The insurance should cover also helicopter flight that could occur in the expedition.

Permit

• Climbing permit for foreign climbers to Mt Damavand from Iran Mountain Federation.

Accommodation

Accommodations in Iran Mountaineering and Climbing Sport Federation huts in first and third campsites hut, local house or tent.

Transfer

All land transfers to and from Tehran:
- From IKA Airport to a hotel in Teheran.
- Directly from IKA Airport to Camp1 and back.
- From Tehran hotel to to Camp1 Polour hut and back.
- By cars from Camp1 to Camp2 Base (as far as Car can go) and back.

Food and Drink

All scheduled hot meals while in the mountain huts:
• Breakfast, lunch, dinner.
• Mountain food and lunch box during the expedition.
• Drinking bottled mineral water.
• Soft drink.

Damavand Mountain Guide Team

The most senior and experienced mountain guides in Iran, members of 100 Damavand Club or Mountaineering and Sport Climbing Federation of Iran.

Porter, Horse and Mule

We will transfer the following equipments by Porter/ Mule few days in advance and will be available before your arrival. So you do not need to carry to carry your extra heavy equipments from Camp 2 Base to Camp 3 Bargah Sevom by yourself.
- Cooking gear.
- Mattress.
- Sleeping bag.
- Tent (if necessary).

Mount Damavand Trekking Basecamp
Damavand Camp, also called Damavand Base Camp or Damavand Camp II, is known locally as Goosfand-Sara (گوسفند سرا ), which translates to "sheepfold," or as the Saheb al-Zaman Mosque (مسجد صاحب الزمان ) campsite.
