The following services and logistics are supported and included in the price of Mount Damavand Private Tour packages.

• Visa: Iran visa support.
• Permit: Climbing permit for Mt Damavand Iran.
• Accommodation: In Camp1 Polour Hut and Camp3 New Hut.
• Food:
All scheduled meals, breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Damavand camps. Lunch box during the trek.
• Water: Drinking bottled water.
• Guide: High skilled experienced mountain guide.
• Hotel: Hotel reservation in Tehran.
• Transport: All the necessary land transfers to/from Airport to Tehran hotel & campsites.
• Sightseeing in Tehran.
• Porter and Mule:
We will transfer the following equipments by Porter and Mule in advance and will be available before your arrival. So you do not need to carry heavy equipments by your selves.
- Cooking gear.
- Mattress.
- Sleeping bag.
- Tent (if necessary).

• Domestic Flights.
• Hotel charges in Tehran.
• Porterage.

• Medical/evacuation and trip insurance.

• Unscheduled days/nights on the mountain.

Insurance Important Note

We strongly recommended you to have all risk insurance that covering medical and evacuation from remote area. The insurance should cover also helicopter flight that could occured in Mt. Damavand expedition Tour..

Permit

• Climbing permit for foreign climbers to Mt Damavand from Iran Mountain Federation.

Accommodation

Accommodations in Iran Mountaineering and Climbing Sport Federation Camps and Huts:
- in Camp1 Polour Hut, which is a quite good lodge/hostel.
- in Camp3 New Hut, inestead of shelter/refuge.
Camp3 New Hut is the best place for accommodation in the area.

Transfer

All land transfers to and from Tehran:
- From IKA Airport to a hotel in Teheran.
- Directly from IKA Airport to Camp1 and back.
- From Tehran hotel to to Camp1 Polour hut and back.
- By cars from Camp1 to Camp2 Base (as far as Car can go) and back.

Food and Drink

All scheduled hot meals while in the mountain huts:
• Breakfast, lunch, dinner.
• Mountain food and lunch box during the expedition.
• Drinking bottled mineral water.
• Soft drink.

Guide

The most senior and experienced mountain guides in Iran, members of 100 Damavand Club or Mountaineering and Sport Climbing Federation of Iran.

Porter, Horse and Mule

We will transfer the following equipments by Porter and Mule in advance and will be available before your arrival. So you do not need to carry to carry your extra heavy equipments from Camp2 Base to Camp3 Bargah Sevom by yourself.
- Cooking gear.
- Mattress.
- Sleeping bag.
- Tent (if necessary).
